Staff was helpful, was clean and had its own beach. Typical family hotel.
Families made quite a lot of noise. Booked the hotel early, still the rooms were changed at the last moment for lower ;priced but smaller ones.
Nice staff, clean and nice rooms. Good facilities, pool, gym....
Crowded! Lots of guests (it's a big hotel with many rooms) Crowded at breakfast. Breakfast could be better
Almost everything: rooms, food, staff, territory, swimming-pools..
We visited the hotel in the beginning of May and the beach was not ready, there were no beach longues yet. Also there isn't detailed information about what is included in hafl-board. It was unpleasant surprise for us that we had to pay for drinks as hafl-board guests. Later we changed half-board to all-inclusive.
The services and facilities are good, the hotel is near to the beach.
The city is not so pleasant. There are a lot of street-stalls, the resort is out of date.
friendly staff, great location, more pools, great for families with young children.
there is no option for internet in the rooms and in the lobby of the hotel costs 3 euros for 1 h .Breakfast was not very good quality and does not match the hotel of 4 stars.
Paying for juse at the resturant.
Close to the sea
Guests have to carry a PVC strip on a wrist...
The location was good, especially the beach. The breakfast was ok, and the cleanliness in overall was fine.
- The air conditioned didn't worked and we had to put on the sweater because it was cold that night. - the bathroom didn't had an window and can you imagine that the aspiration/ventilation didn't worked at all and while bathing and using the bathroom, that was like a fogy day and the wc was moving all time. Our room was small and the tv remote control didn't had the battery so we couldn't change the channels . We had to park our car toooo far away from the hotel because they said that the main entrance in the building was closed and with all our luggages we had to walk from there every time we used the car, and when we said it to the reception they didn't care at all just said "it's closed". The check out was about 30 minutes waiting there because due to this close of the b entrance ......and we had to wait there for our passports and for the check out.
Hotel is clean and specious
Hotel staff seems to be very confused when it comes to regular services. For example they couldn't print the receipt for my staying at the hotel. So, if the company is paying for your stay at the hotel (which was my case) you might get in a trouble.
Old furniture, no room service. No restaurant, breakfast/dinner room looks like a school dining room. Hotel offers only half board options, but if you want to have tea during dinner, you have to pay cash as there is no possibility to add it to room bill). Impossible to unload luggage at the hotel door, rude stuff orders you to go to parking and carry suitcases in hand from there. Avoid.
Quiet, green place, perfect for family holidays especially with little kids. All facilities that a 4 star may offer. Nice service and perfect for summer holidays due to its location beside the mountain.
Rooms equipment may be improved and also food quality that needs to be more various. They don't make fresh fruit juice (except for orange juic in one bar), a little bit problematic if you have small kids :)
We liked the location - it's right on the beach with a great sea view. There's always parking available. The hotel receptionists speak several languages and are in every way helpful. The territory and the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is okay (we only took bed and breakfast)
It really depends on what you want from the hotel. There's too many people - and that's in June! We didn't need the chaise longues by the pool, but if we did, we'd have some difficulty finding one, because they're all booked by the towel the whole day. If it's so popular, the hotel might either add some more to the pool, or make the beach ones free. This as itself is surprising - the all-inclusive hotel having something as natural as the beach seats and umbrellas extra. You have to wear a bracelet at all times, which can be inconvenient away from the hotel. The breakfast is always pretty much the same; although it's good, we got pretty tired of it in a week. And the last thing we weren't warned about was the disco, which didn't have very bad music and it ended on time, but if we wanted to return to the hotel before 11 pm, even the closed window couldn't mute it. I suppose that the receptionists should at least have warned us about the music or maybe they could assign the rooms according to the music preferences. So, all in all, if you need a quiet hotel to spend your nights and then go exploring - this choice is not for you. However, most of the all-inclusive guests seemed satisfies.
1. There is no refrigerator in room\ 2. AC works only June-August.

cold water inside jakuzi
